Pamela Snyder is the Founder and CEO of DigiVino, a boutique digital marketing and web strategy agency that helps independent businesses scale with enterprise-level precision. Before pivoting to champion independent brands, Pamela thrived in high-stakes digital landscapes. Most notably, she led the interactive web production team for Red Sky Interactive (now part of Agency.com) — ranked as one of the world's top three digital agencies at the time. Later, she oversaw the Learning & Development Department through multiple mergers and acquisitions for the same company as it grew from a 25-person outfit to a 500-person team.

Across those agency years and a later stretch at Kintera (now part of Blackbaud), she managed the production and strategy teams behind the digital campaigns for a few names you might recognize:
